Shooting times vary, and may take 15-20 min longer
depending on the complexity of the property.
In this case no additional fees will apply.
Extra staging, cleaning, rearranging of furniture, etc.
during appointment time or waiting for access to property
will be billed at 1/2 hour increments.
If a tour cannot be completed upon first appointment
due to any of the above circumstances, or if the property
owner or tour purchaser cannot complete the entire scheduled
appointment, a $59 fee will be assessed for a return to property
at a later date.
